Ernest A. Lewis

 

Since 1996, Ernest A. Lewis has been dedicated to helping businesses and not-for-profit organizations increase performance levels and Create a Better Work Place. As Principal of E.A. Lewis Consulting, he helps organizations identify what they need to do to improve and then helps them make it happen through Strategic Action Planning, executive coaching, professional development, continuous improvement, and team building programs.

 

Noted as being an excellent presenter and skilled facilitator, Ernest’s engaging style provides for productive and memorable learning experiences. As a certified lecturer of the Adizes Methodology for Organizational Transformation, an internationally recognized process used by organizations worldwide to identify deeply rooted organizational problems, Ernest helps organizations develop the best solutions and implement those solutions with employee involvement and commitment. Based on fundamental principles of mutual trust and mutual respect, the Adizes Methodology allows an organization to eliminate even the most significant barriers to high performance.

 

Ernest is an adjunct professor at Owens Community College teaching small business management and entrepreneurship. Certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resource Management, his background includes ten years in the engineering consulting industry where his responsibilities included team leading and project and construction management and he also provided internal management training in the areas of continuous improvement, coaching, and team building.

 

Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development, and past board member of the American Society for Mechanical Engineers. He is also a former board member for the Lucas County Community Partnership, and Judan Judo of Toledo. Additional professional association activities include the Toledo Area Human Resource Association and multiple entrepreneurial organizations and chambers of commerce in the Greater Toledo Area.

 

He completed his MBA in Management at the University of Toledo where he also received his BSME. He is an honorary member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society for Collegiate Schools of Business and the Sigma Iota Epsilon Honorary Management Fraternity. He is also recognized in the 1995-1996 edition of The National Dean’s List for the top 1/2 of 1% of college graduates nationwide.

 

Ernest has been dedicated to helping organizations in various industries enhance performance levels and get better results since 1996. He helps organizations identify what they need to do to improve and then implement effective change.
